White Rabbit OG, a Canadian West Coast craft edibles brand just celebrated their one-year anniversary in the industry after launching in January 2021 at the height of the pandemic.
“Like all great companies, we started in a garage,” says Kyrsten Dewinetz, co-founder and CEO of White Rabbit OG. “We saw a need for a product in the cannabis field that put consumers first, no compromises.”
Based in Surrey, B.C., White Rabbit OG has been hard at work over the course of the last year introducing new flavour profiles and elevating the edible experience for consumers across Canada. Dewinetz brings two decades of experience in the food science industry to her position as a formulator at White Rabbit and has created hundreds of different flavour combinations in search of unique, high-quality creations. Offering a host of infused edibles, including the sophisticated Strawberry Fig Balsamic CBD chews and Blackberry Merlot 1:4 chews, the company strives to innovate cannabis as we know it.

All cannabis-infused chews by White Rabbit OG are made with premium ingredients that are 100 per cent vegan, plant-based, non-GMO, gluten-free and include no artificial flavours. They are proud to be the first and only Canadian whole fruit, fast-acting, vegan edibles company to date. “The flavours we’ve put together are unique,” says Dewinetz. “There is more to the experience than simply getting high, we wanted to give customers something they could enjoy having.”
Created using their proprietary EAT ME technologyTM , all products are fast-acting with no residual cannabis taste.
White Rabbit’s EAT ME technology uses an emulsifier to homogenize fat-soluble cannabis distillate into a uniform mixture, which is then separated into tiny droplets and evenly distributed throughout each edible. “The emulsification process helps your body metabolize the cannabis much faster and more reliably,” says Dewinetz. “It’s not just your liver breaking it down – it’s already been broken down for you by White Rabbit.”
White Rabbit products are currently available in cannabis stores in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario, as well as through Medical Cannabis by Shoppers Drugmart. Heading into 2022, Dewinetz and her team look forward to unveiling new flavour fusions and products for the inspired consumer to enjoy.
“A lot of us use cannabis to go on adventures,” says Dewinetz. “Like the white rabbit from Alice in wonderland, we invite you to follow us down the rabbit hole and go on an adventure.”
