How to Adjust the PAX Era Temperature Setting

Any premium vape will have an option to change the temperature of your vaping device. Temperature control gives you the opportunity to personalize your experience. Different temperatures will change the amount of vapor that is produced. Temperature variation also changes the flavor profile by altering the terpene profile.

The PAX Era comes with 4 temperature settings:

• Low (520° F / 270° C)
• Medium Low (610° F / 320° C)
• Medium High (700° F / 370° C)
• High (790° F / 420° C)

 

How to adjust the temperature of your PAX Era:

1. Make sure your pod is inserted into the PAX Era vape pen.
2. Shake. Shake. Shake the Pax Era until it shows you the current battery level.
3. Remove the Pod.
4. The Temperature Indicator will start rotating through the 4 temperature settings. When it displays your desired temperature, re-insert the pod.
5. Puff away my friend.

 

How does temperature effect the flavor of your vaping experience

Vaporization is great for maintaining terpene integrity and flavor as vaporizing involves warming the flower to set temperatures instead of quickly burning/combusting the flower. Vaporization allows for temperature adjustments that change or enhance the effects of cannabis. Different temperatures release different terpenes and cannabinoids.

Play around with the temperature setting of your PAX Era and find what works for you. You may find that you have certain preferences to different terpenes and vaping at a lower temperature may enhance your experience of these terpenes.

Similarly produced as cannabinoids like THC and CBD, terpenes are aromatic oils that flavour cannabis varieties with distinctive flavours like citrus, or berry, or floral for example.

Terpenes are everywhere, not just cannabis. They are essentially the flavour profile of cannabis. Additional research is required but terpenes may even play a significant role in how different strains can provide various effects for different people.

There are several factors that change a plant’s development of terpenes, including lighting, humidity, fertilizers used, soil health.
