Creating the Right Headspace to Chill
Cannabis use is personal, and everyone’s experience is different. Whether it’s how you wind down before heading to bed, or chill out so you can focus on other things, creating space in your mind for positive vibes is the best way to enjoy the journey.
The wide variety of strains and range of available forms of cannabis consumption can also influence the kind of experience you have.
Do you take a bong hit and settle on the couch with your roommate and some snacks to laugh at old episodes of Big Mouth?
Eat a few squares of THC chocolate and sit on the porch with the neighbor’s cat to watch the sun set?
Maybe you take some CBD oil and do (or attempt to do) some yoga while vibing to J Cole’s lyrical genius.

Make a playlist of your favourite songs and kick back with a pair of headphones. *Bonus points if you have a pet to hang out with*.

Couch and Snack
We didn’t exactly come up with this one, but hey, if it ain’t broke … Sometimes the best headspace is the one you’re in when you’re just snacking on the couch watching one of your favourite shows.
Take a Walk
Weather-dependent, a slow stroll on a nice day is a great way to relax and get your vitamin D. Not limited to walking … skateboard, longboard, rollerblade, bike, unicycle, rip-stik your way to a good mood!
